How is it when u go to pay the 5pound for site supervisor it only let u do it by text why can't I pay 5pound on card please |

It's probably something to do with the minimum card fee charged to merchants by banks. I often see small retailers displaying a sign saying 'purchases under £10 on a card must pay a 50p fee'. |

The bank charges business customers for every card transaction they process so many small business will have to pass that on to the customer to cover the costs |

You can upgrade by phone call too, but YOU will be charged a minimum of £1.53 on top of your £5. |

You will need to report the profile, if you think the status breaks site rules, then the admins can find it and take it down.
As to why your own status gets deleted, I can't help, but you are probably best asking the admins from the contact button - they are unlikely to reply in a public forum. |
