Naming & shaming on statuses...

Is this allowed? A person that I know away from the site has referred to me by my user name on her status, calling me a "crazy cross eyed bitch." I've reported her but is it actually going against any of the site's rules??

It is. If you report the profile to Admin they'll sort it out for you.
