Help - Site supporter

Hi,

Ive just phoned of my landline to upgrade to site supporter as it runs out today,when i got near to the end of the phone call when it says make sure got a pen and paper ready the phone call ened like someone had hung up.

I will get charged now for that call and now im worried if i phone again the same will hapen or i'll get charged twice for silver supporter,i know this is nothing i have done as we have been site supporters for a while now and never had any trouble re-newing site support on our landline. x

I'd suggest contacting a Mod or better still contacting Admin directly, it maybe just a hiccup.
