We have accidentally been verified by somrone who we have never met, she has however met one of our actual verifications so i think thats where shes gone wrong, can we get it removed from our verifications?

You did use the contact button and then under the list of choices there is a contact us directly in grey, hit that then there is a box to type your message and a tick box which says for site owners. |

Well I have now messaged twice and have had no reply!!
I have been a moderator for two very large forums before and we always had a SLA of 24 hours to respond to a problem! Either you don't have enough moderators or my issue isn't a problem for anyone but us..... |
