have you shared the same internet connection at any point? ie, have you logged into your account on her pc or vice versa? If so then the system auto blocks veri's incase they are from the fake profiles |

No.
Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved
If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.

I didn't get a response from Admin when I posted this in another recent thread:
"Can Admin please clarify this?
The FAQ says:
"If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves."
Which is quite reasonable. However it seems to be suggested in some of the responses above, and I've seen it posted in other threads that:
If you've EVER logged into your account from their IP address, you will NEVER be able to verify them, EVEN once you've returned home to your own IP address.
Is this correct?"

"Have spoken to my met and they can not verify me either...."
Do you mean that you have spoken to your MEET (i.e. the new user)? She won't be able to verify you, if she's not yet verified, herself. One of you needs to be verified by someone who is already verified, and then that person can verify the other.
i.e. only people who are already verified can verify people. I hope this makes sense. |
