If I remember correctly, if you've been "banned", you'll get an email, once admin has reviewed the abuse report, explaining how long you've been banned for.
If you've actually been "blocked", then it would be upto the individual user, who has blocked you, to remove the block. I'd suggest that's unlikely. |

The Rainman is right, normally you would get an automated mail when banned.
If you didn't recieve an automated mail when banned from chat then you need to contact Admin using the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page. |
