Pic rejection

Hiya,
Trying to upload a new avatar for the most recent challenge.
I've uploaded this pic 3 times and it's been rejected.

If you could take a mo' to have a look at my private pics you'll see it's the same as the 5th June pic, just Photoshoped.
Can anyone on the Admin team help with this?
PS - I saw R2Chat's post before although it's not entirely clear where/how to contact you!

Mine for the movie poster thread got rejected too a while back.
What's weird is picture son single guy profiles that are wither just a woman or 90% woman with tiny bit of man are approved all the time |

I had a pic of my face...albeit grainy from being zoomed...rejected.
It was cropped from a pic that was accepted.
Reason....can't tell it's me. Seriously need to give their head a wobble at times  |

If your photos are heavily photoshopped, the mods might not be able to tell if you're in them. They need to see that the account holder is in the photo, to approve the photo.
If you think:
Your photo is OK, leave rejected, use CONTACT link to contact site owners and we will review.
Other photos break rules and shouldn't have been approved, use REPORT link on photo/profile and we'll review.
