Is it possible to delete a verification so it doesn't show up on the summary? Or delete one you have sent? Any help would be appreciated

it doesn't automatically appear, only the recipient sees it unless they want to post it.

I mean the verification summary, not the verification itself

You'd have to contact admin and ask them to remove it or hide your summary.
