Verification tick removed

Hi I wonder if anyone can help, I have received an email from fabswingers saying my verification tick has been removed as I apparently left a false verification for someone, but I haven't at all and when I replied to the message I got no reply, how do I go about getting this reinstated? Thanks in advance
