when will admin actually respond to any of my questions?

this is a totally useless website

This is taken from the FAQ which also might answer some more of your "other questions" -

"You don't respond to any of our mails.

We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it."

If you think the site is useless don't forget theres the delete account button that you can press

that may be the case but in the FAQ they have subjects about asking certain questions. What's the point of asking questions if they are not going to give an answer?

Customer Service = 0

I've asked if they can help with my cam not working in the chat room. It works fine on other sites, Skype, messenger, cam4 etc but not on here. Reply to that question is......

I seemed to have been banned from chat. I've asked the question "what for?" and "for how long" (longer than 24 hours now). Reply to that question is.......

ZERO

As stated earlier, no customer services = customers leaving

anyway have a look at this,its about new chat and has some cam stuff on it that might help

I've looked at that link & it doesn't help. And how do I find out why I was banned & how long for?

OP....you will have to be patient, but to be honest, if I was Admin and you spoke with that attitude I would make you wait
