how do I delete or edit in forum please

You Dont Need to Know, right now

You can't edit a Forum post. However, you are able to delete a Forum post, in the 5 minutes or so after you post it. After that, you can't change it in any way.

You can ask admin to remove posts, not sure how though. Maybe report the post?
