Can anyone tell me why I cant chat if I have the big cam open.That is I can not type in the box when big cam is open

You should be able to, sounds like a browser issue. What browser/version are you using, and try using the latest version or google chrome works well

I was using firefox but tried it on internet explorer and it worked fine
