when i click on chat it says "You're not currently ok to chat." and i want to know why , i paid a fiver for this service!!!!!, and even asked a mod to get their bits outs ( in a non directing room )

Sounds like said person has been banned from chat...they will get an email telling them so.

As for the fiver ....you don't pay a fiver to use chat lol it's free
