Please fix who can message people

I always set my messages to refuse any from non-verified, no public pics etc and it all works except the public pics one. I really don't want blank profiles messaging me!

People can get around this by putting a photo public then removing it after sending the message x

I messaged him before so ignore my last comment, forgot to check that and had forgot i'd spoken to him.
