They might have blocked you - that wouldnt show on your block list but youd get the message saying something like 'they have blocked you, you have blocked them or the profile has been suspended by Admin...' when you looked at their profile.

If a block has been put in place by Admin for some reason it wont appear on either parties block list.

Would still like to be able to block from our side so the person cant unblock send more abuse then block again.

Go to your block list and type in their username you can still block them even if they have blocked you first
