someone im friends with on here has just told me they can view the list of othet friends i have on here? how is this and can i block it?

You can turn the option off from within your privacy settings.

"Friends list on profile: You can hide your friends list from showing on your profile.

Show friends list on profile (yes, shows) hide it" by clicking on "hide it".
