contacting admin

Hi folks

We've found it necessary to block a user today. However a 6-day old profile of someone we've never spoken to has now named us directly in a spurious status. We've reported it via the link as we suspect it's the aforementioned disgruntled user. We also think it's against the rules to name profiles directly.

Can anyone offer advice to have this dealt with promptly mods?

We usually deal with reports in 24hrs, sometimes it can take us up to 48hrs.
