When people try to search for me they can't fine me by my user name and it say people can view me in my privacy settings

Correct.

I did a user name search and it said can't find user. Your profile isn't hidden so it should turn up.

Maybe the username search doesn't let you search for more than two separate words? If you search for 'fun and' it finds you but 'fun and hard' doesn't...
