Site Supporter - Cant Save Messages?

I joined up for a silver membership where apparently you are able to save messages, i cant seem to find anything on the page that lets you click to save messages? any of you know how to save messages?

When you have read an email save message is in the middle of reply to message and block user,just click on save message and its saved x
