changing single to couple

I have a separate account that was set up for the sole purpose of a couples account was accepted as a couples account but changed to a singles one after a few days. I've tried to email the site but to no avail any help would be appreciated |

Admin are the only people that can help you. If youve already contacted them they will review your report and change the profile if they think necessary.
It can take up to 48hrs for them to review reports. |
