Lost our pass word, can get in on one laptop but not another! It's doing our head in !! Have gone through the ususal chanel and asked to be emailed it but Fab don't seem to want to help.....are they really out there? |

Are you trying to access the same account at the same time or 2 seperate accounts? As you can only be logged in to 1 account on 1 machine at once.
But logging into 2 seperate accounts on 2 machines at the same IP address is possible. |

Just to clear up some of the points above - You can log in on more than one machine at a time and on same machine too. IP address has nothing to do with it - forgetting the password does though |

Admin aint been online since you posted this thread so am sure they will get back to you in the next 24hrs as they do tend to watch this and the feedback forums.
Not sure what email service you use, but if you can log into it through webmail (rather than using outlook or outlook express) then check your spam/junk folder.
Some email services filter mail before it gets to you. I know that blueyonder/NTL/VirginMedia do this so I occasionally log onto my mail on their webiste to check the spam filter is working right.
