Can't make new account

So I'm trying to make a new account for me and my gf, in the usual fashion. I've used a different email and filled in all the details about what we're looking for etc. and the text box details. As soon as I've done that, I am asked to upload a photo for verification. I am not able to do anything else (look at inbox or browse etc.) without first uploading a verification photo. Has this changed since I made my first account or is something wrong?
Regardless, I tried to upload the photo as required and got a message 'we are not currently accepting uploads'?? Anyone know what's going on and how to fix this? Cheers |
