account changed from couple to single male without telling us!

Hello,
Can someone help me out? Our couples profile has been changed from a couple to single male without being told first time I knew was when I logged in this afternoon.
My partner is away travelling so I'm using it on my own until she gets back in a couple of months we do have verifications as a couple.
She still has access to the account I don't see why it should be changed to single male? |

It is probably because of that reason, you are playing alone.
For things like this use the CONTACT button and ask Admin to review for you.  |
