Dear site Admin
I am absolutely desperate as someone i used to know has just mis-used one of my photos and uploaded it to his site profile to sent to me!
Please help 
I wonder why i bother sometimes to swing

If you've asked him to remove it himself and he has'nt then report the profile

Guys one of the site team is trying to assist.
Hes removed the pic now i think after sending it to me but its still misuse and he has no right.
Its against site rules surely to upload a pic that is NOT you?

Thats only for admim to decide,you say the photos are'nt on his profile anymore
You must have given them to him in the first place so maybe you should be a bit more careful with pics,don't give any to anyone that you don't want used elsewhere |

Also, from a legal standpoint, the photo belongs to the person that took the photo, and the person in it has no rights or control over the photo at all. |

Still a hard lesson when you have known someone for several months but i feel sorry for the others he has yet to bump into

What was the pic of .. And yes copy right law is the person who took the pic owns the pic but if he's uploaded a pic of u n he is not in it then he's a nob |
