Photos not appearing

Can't see anyone's pics on profiles or mine when I click on a pic it just goes blank

occasionally this happens, no big deal, 10 mins later and its back to normal

Hi for a while now when i upload a photo it wants to do it twice,

well it does so i have to go and delete one of them

is this a bug or is it something I'm doing
