Hi, wonder if someone can help
In the message filters section we have chosen to block non verified, new profiles and profiles with no public pics but it appears we are still receiving mail from these categories.
Does the sender just have a message pop up recommending you don't mail the profile? Or is it supposed to block them from contacting us?

It is meant to be a block full stop. If you send a message to Admin from the contact button with the names of the people who have messaged you they will check to see if everything is working OK  |

If they are photo verified they can still message you.
New profiles filter only works for the 1st week I believe.
And the no public pic filter is easy to get round, make a pic public, send message, make it private again. |
