Mobile app:,having to enter log in details

For some reason I'm having to enter user name and password for mobile app each time, even though I've got "keep logged in" ticked. It never used to do this; I always got straight in. Any idea what's wrong? Thanks

If I'm in an incognito tab and have entered a password in a different app in the meantime it does it on mine too. On ios and android.

Your almost certainly using private browsing in your browser. The login won't be saved
