I was trying to upgrade by text but normally u don't charge me for the text which u did of 2.50 and now I can't upgrade as u taken half of my money for it..can u please explain this...u never did this before |

Do you mean you got charged for the actual sending of the text? That will be your providers charge?
Did you have enough credit on your phone for the SS charge? |

Yes and they still charged me 2.50 but wasn't the provider |

The charge when you send for a text on here is £5 so I doubt if it is a charge from here....but the best place to ask is from the contact button giving all relevant info  |
