What is going on?
I get asked a polite question about where i purchased something from and when I try to reply about where they might want to research the information - I get a message stating that I can't send that and that I will be blocked!
I thought this site was about being open and exchanging information, helping each other, etc - seems that it isn't and our private messages are actually being monitored too. |

If you mentioned something that Admin don't want mentioned it will block you for two hours....certain words, certain websites etc. It is an automatic thing.
I got blocked once too  |

How are you supposed to know what though?
It wasn't a commercial site, wasn't porn or anything else - that's what is so annoying.
Its somewhere that has been openly mentioned on the forums but isn't allowed to mentioned in a PRIVATE MESSAGE!
I guess the messages aren't private are they  |

I think how it works is, Admin have a block on certain words/ sites etc and it is automatic message rather than them sitting reading half a million mails a day to catch you out.
I doubt if Admin would publish a list of words/ websites etc as we would all get round it in other ways so why you won't know what they are.
Having said that, just to make sure everything is working as it should , maybe make Admin aware from the contact button of you being stopped |
