Blocking when blocked

Hi I need some advice, is it possible to block someone who has blocked you?? The said person can just take their block off to keep viewing a profile so was wondering how to block them????

If you have a message from them there is a block sender button beneath the message, next to reply.

If you don't have a message, go to block list and type their name into the box at the top.

Or if you get to the page that says you can't view this profile the block option is still there either in the blue menue down the side on the desktop site or clicking more (or menu) in the grey bar at the top on the mobile site.
