Either use the contact admin button at the bottom of the homepage or click on your profile name to view your profile and then report it.
Ask to be made a single female profile, since your veris mention you on your own and then you and a fb I expect they will be happy to do so.
In future set up a separate joint profile if you ever want a couples profile and keep your profile just for yourself.
