Hi mine is aswell but my iPhone has just updated to 8.1 anyone else done the same .I'm thinking this might be the problem |

There was a problem overnight with mobile cams (or cams on non flash devices). We've fixed the problem and put changes in place to stop it happening again.
Apologies to everyone affected.
