Yeah, this should sort it, I had to do it yesterday as mine suddenly ended up in the junk folder for no reason, adding the contact sorted the issue. |

A routine update caused a configuration problem with one of our mail servers. This is fixed now and mail should be delivered correctly again (if not immediately, within 24-48rs).
Let us know how you get on

It's working fine now  At the time the issue was fixed, my messages all popped into my inbox. Thank you! |
