Uploading photos

I've been trying to upload a pic today but every time I hit upload for approval it says Web page not found? I used it fine yesterday with no issues what so ever, and I havnt gone over the limit either so I don't know what it is?

Try using the email system to upload pics. Works just as fast and most the time I find the pics are approved straight away or within the hour...
