And we have shared messages. Will the messages disappear or will they remain on the other persons inbox?

There is no way of deleting a message you sent to someone from their in box. If you block them the messages remain but and veris will be removed from their profile. |

Even if you delete your account the message will remain in their inbox but it will say 'user no longer on site' instead of your username. |

If you leave your messages remain on their account but with UNLOS and not your profile name, however if you gave them any personal details in your mails they will still have them |

I've just looked back through my saved messages. Had one with pics attached from a ex site member. The message remained but the pics have gone. Would this be the case of I leave the site? Would my pics be removed from any messages I may have sent?

If you remove the pics from your profile they will also go from the message then you can upload them again. Easier than deleting your account and starting again |
