Those that have the cam on have a green V on the member list on the left side. Click on this and their cam should show at the bottom.
At the bottom of their cam there should be a button that says 'dock' (as well as profile, add friend).
Click on dock and that should then put that cam on the bottom of the screen.
You can then click on a second cam to view that too.
Gold supporters can dock 3 cams and view a 4th.

To undock a cam at the bottom section (not the main one that you can re-size) click on the x on that cam.
To clear the last (main cam) then just click on a name that isnt showing cam, or better still your own name in the list (no suprises if the profile ur looking at suddenly switches cam on :O )
What you mean your cam not showing... have you pressed the 'V' in the box at the bottom that says 'Me' on it and has your avatar on? If so and still not working, try updating/re-installing flash player, and click 'settings' and make sure your cam is selected.
