Change from M to MF

Been on fab for years as a single M, now oart of a couple but can't change my profile to MF. Result is rejected photo submissions and search issues. How do I change it?

Your profile is verified as a single male, so I don't think Admin will allow you to change it. Probably best to create a new couple's profile!
