Are these the ones that were previously at the bottom of your inbox?
If so, they haven't been deleted, it's just that only the most recent 75 messages can be viewed.
Delete some of the least useful recent ones and some older ones will re-appear. |

System will never delete such new messages.
Mostly likely thing sounds like someone is logging into your account. Our standard advice for this is: Change your password on here and on any webmail you use, run anti-virus/anti-malware and don't logon to Fab from computers except your own.
