can anyone help , cant get pics with profiles , all i get are white squares with red crosses

Refresh your browser? Alternatively, clear pics/unwanted files etc

I get that when I'm not on wifi. My mobile Internet is pants sometimes x

Lack of bandwidth....site hasn't loaded properly.

You might have your mobile set to not download pictures to save data.
