is it possible for a user to lose there photo verification? if so under what circumstances? |

If Admin think it is fake or there is a problem for some reason they can remove the verification. But Admin are the only people that can do this. |

but i dont get how as they were photo verified for weeks now its no longer there. i dont know how admin can think its fake as theres only one way u can be photo verified so dont get how u can lose it |

I can understand it's annoying if it's not a fake pic but you are well verified by meet and cam so I wouldn't let it worry you too much. |

The most likely cause is simple.
They were photo verified some time ago as a couple, then after a number of complaints that only one half was meeting, or other activities that lead to the suspicion that they are no longer a couple or playing as a couple; a Admin required them to re-verify and they've either failed to do so, or are in the process of re-verifying.
In all honestly, I have always seen Photo verification as useless on sites like this unless it's required to renew periodically. The number of accounts marked as couples with no veris as a couple (inc Photo veri) within the last year is huge. We've caught about 50 couples in the last year that were in fact single males who were once part of a couple and continue to use the couple profile and veris long after the female has left the scene. We of course report any profile that this is the case with. |

If it was approved in error it may be removed.

Oh just for the record it was a newbie single female not me lol but they been verified from the first day and been on site a few weeks now lol so just found it strange admin to take it away from them as that's something I've never seen before |
