Got a message from fab stating we had sent an abusive message but fab provided zero info as to the message in question or the profile who "reported" it.
"We have zero tolerance of abusive messages sent via Fab and if we receive another report that we verify to be true, your account will be permanently suspended and you will be banned from the site.
We understand that people fall out. Here's what we recommend.
1. Report the user if you feel admin needs to deal with it.
2. Block the user by clicking their profile/message and following the Block User links.
How do you suggest we do either when you provide no information as to who reported our message?
Is pointing out to someone exactly why they're not what we're looking for an offence???
Ps long time site supporters and never had any issues before! |

Admin never provide information about who has submitted a report.
Pointing out why someone is not what you are looking for IS an offence if you are abusive when you do so.
Having said that, if you think you have been issued a warning by mistake then you need to take it up with Admin directly rather than posting about it in the forums.
Best way to do that is use the CONTACT link at the bottom of every page. |
