Permanently banned

I split my time between two places and last week set up a second profile set to the other location for search purposes and referring peeps to my main profile with my veris pics etc.
The account has been removed and my email address permanently banned 'in the interests of the community'. I've emailed and asked for the reason but haven't had a response.
What is it that I've done that's against the rules? Im a genuine person and genuinely split my time over two postcodes!
And for my refund I have to write and it's only available by cheque. My time to write, postage and time taking a cheque to the bank is worth more than the refund meaning most will never bother with a refund which is questionable business practice - if it's so easy to pay site supporter then it should be made as easy to get a refund  |

Does seem a bit harsh, I know lots of people who have more than one profile and it would seem you had a good reason to have two. As for a mail addresses being barred, how long does it take to set up a new email, five minutes? |

I didn't think you could have 2 profiles which were essentially the same person but could have a single one and a couples one for example? |

Just change the location on profile or when using the gps on phone, takes seconds to do and no need for a second profile  |

I've done that for 4 months but when trying to sort meets in two places this isn't the answer and there should be no reason why I can't, Fabs get double money off me!
I'm genuinely over two locations and had two profiles earlier this year without a problem so no idea what's changed. And yes I know lots of people with multiple profiles for different things.

I had my profile suspended in the interest of other site members a few weeks back the day after I have upgraded my account till March.
After many messages. Got the profile unsuspended. |

Is that using the contact button at the bottom of the page, or the email link ?
