Hi,
I'd like clarification, I uploaded a Cartoon Character that my Op name is associated with only to find it rejected and in fairness with an explaination......
But and there is a but, I only did the above having seen another Op doing the same and was appearing on his profile today!
Can we have clarification here?

"The picture must be of you, not a cartoon or anything else really.
If you see any cartoons or pics that shouldn't be there on other peoples profiles, click on REPORT and they get taken off."
