Speak ta your provider the parental settings could be on ya phone
I had to do this once they have heard it all before and in fact she was quite interested lol xx |

O2 have put parental controls in place. Just go into any O2 shop with ID and ask them to adult verify you. Or go to their website and verify yourself with a credit card - they deduct £1 and credit you with £2 |
