Silver Upgrade

Any of the moderators on here that can help? I have tried to upgrade to silver and pay via paypal but your paypal system isn't working and all i am getting is Please wait while we process your order... Is been like that for about 10 minutes, so i cancelled that order and tried it again, and got the same message with a buffer spinning round. Any clues??? Is it a fault with the site??

Not aware that theres a fault but rather than keep trying its probably better to contact Admin directly and they will help you sort it out.
