when i try to put my password in , it wont let me log in, i have not forgoten my password, nor am i putting the wrong one in as i wrote it down. NO i dont want a new password or try to unsrcable one that they send. i want to use my origanal one. PLEASE HELP. |

might be that whenever you close your browser, you have your settings so that your cache and cookies get cleared meaning you have to reenter the information
