Hi, can anyone help me please!! I have a BB curve 8900 and i cant log into the site. I can find the site but the text boxes do not appear which will enable me to type my user name / password etc. I'm not overly tech savvy so any assistane would be appreciated - Andy  |

If it works on wifi and not the network, it proves the browser is OK and configured right.
I would guess that either you aint got a fast enough connection to fully load the pages (your phone is not a 3g phone) OR you have adult content control on your account and is blocking some of the pages. (the latter doesnt apply when going over wifi as it has nothing to do with your mobile provider)
My bold 9700 works fine, on either wifi or network.

My 8900 works fine too (although by clicking "keep me logged in", I only have to pick it from favourites and I'm away).
I doubt it's adult content block, as that would stop you even on wifi, wouldn't it? It's a device setting, not an internet one....I think.
Suggest using a different browser - Opera pisses all over the default one. |
