Would it only say that on mails if the user had voluntarily quit, as opposed to been kicked from the site?
One hour off a meet, hotel booked and its suddenly not looking too good..
It just means the account has been deleted. They could have deleted it voluntarily or they might have decided to delete it after Admin suspended the profile.
