Can't open messages

I have some messages unread but when I click on the message to read it nothing happens

Try logging out and back in again. Could be a cookie/browser issue.

Are you using Internet Explorer, if so why?

Try using or downloading 'mozilla firefox' it's a brill browser and eradicates most site issues such as yours.

In the interim, clear all your history, cookies and cache.
