Have you ever had the idea of doing a google search on pictures being uploaded,so many fake profiles where I live with porn pictures???

Report each image you find. It's impossible for admin to stop fakes. If people report the fakes pics admin can do something.

Yep. Done it with a few now.

To be honest, some of them are pretty obvious.
